alexkusu SG mmm...french onion soup i used to cook it..take me 2 hours plus 1st u need to slice up the onions..then sauteed it....for long long..till its caramelised.....then cook it somemore till its all broken up after that u add some nice beef stock as soup base hence the brown colour mm...smooth onion soup..not like tis pic where u can see bits n pieces of onion

alexkusu SG the 1st time i cooked it..took me like 2hours and it wasnt breakin up so i tipped the whole thing (together with boilin beef stock) into a blender.. i tot i cud puree it but the blender exploded (hot air n all) n i got scalded omg, it was so painful...i can feel tears comin up frm my eyes...but i needed to stopped the blender..as soup was spewing out frm it
alexkusu SG i like lobster..cos its big..n not much shell mm...buttered lobster with salted egg yolks is simply heavenly~!! the sweetness of the lobster complements the smooth, rich taste of the butter..and the added yolks gives it more oomphhhh~~~ mmm.....
